How to forget your ex?





Hi Dearest ,

I know you are here to figure out how to forget your ex. Let's don't waste any time and talk about what we can do. Obvioulsy i am not a relationship guru or something but when someone feels down, i want to lift her or his mood up. 

First of all let me ask you some important questions. Please just say YES or NO, don't add any ''..but'' ok? Let's begin:

-Do you still love him?

-When you see him around, do you feel like your palms sweating, knees shaking and your heart's beating faster? 

-Do you miss him? 

*If you are feeling that nervous excitement or love inside when you see him/her around, it is all about anxiety-worryness- not love. Heart beats are not about love, missing him is not about love.  All about HABITS. Seeing him/her was a 'habit', not more.

OK... Now... Let's ask ''the real important questions'': 

Did he hurt you?
Did he hurt your feelings? (Not even talking about ''domestic violence'' hurt... in this situation you know the answer... )
Was he lying to you?
Did he/she make you feel like he/she was using your body, intelligence or money? 
Did he/she cheat on you? 
Did he/she ever treat you like a piece of garbage ?
When you were talking to him or her, did your ex make you feel like you were in the middle of a pain-attack? 
Did he/she ever tell you rude, unkind, seious bad words?
Did your ex make you feel like you/ your life is just so pathetic?
Did your ex ever make you feel like you are not enough?
Did your ex make you feel you cannot trust hım/her because of his/her behaviours?
Did your ex tell you, 'you are not pretty', 'beautiful', 'fit' or 'smart'? 

Basically, have you ever experienced all the negative, toxic, painful feelings that you should not feel?

Alright... If you said 'YES' you should know that you are lovely, beautiful, wise, worthwhile, precious and unique... No matter what your ex have done or said to you, you are strong and you should say ''Goodbye!'' to that toxic person... Don't stalk him, don't let him to occupy your thoughts. 


You deserve to feel freedom, happiness, joy, faith, loyalty, respect and LOVE in your relationship, if you don't feel these 'must have' feelings... Just let him or her go. Just notice yourself, just care about yourself, just listen to yourself, just give that self-love to your body, just smile, just breathe, just go, just enjoy the dawn, sunrise and sunset for yourself, just read, just take a rest, just enjoy the nature, just laugh,watch some movies, just work hard, just do it for yourself, just cry and wipe your tears...But at the end of the day, please just RESPECT YOURSELF and LET YOU TO LIVE THIS LIFE.
